Mariana works closely with engineering leaders to programme inclusive events that directly address and help to navigate the challenges they face. 

When not at work, you can find Mariana dreaming of a Sicilian getaway, dancing the night away to R&B classics, or pounding the pavements of East London in her running shoes.
