• Frameworks for looking back at your work and measuring it against the targets put in place, ensuring success against business and technical metrics
• Ways of measuring the human side of success in your organization, on individual, team, and business levels

Session homework

For your homework this week we suggest you turn the results of your group discussion into a concrete plan of action.  If you didn’t manage to already, think of a time when your team was ‘stuck’ and consider the following questions:
 

1. What would success look like in this scenario?
2. How would you measure or validate that?
3. What strategy needs to change and how might you iterate or unblock?
4. What is a challenge you’ll need to overcome?
5. What resources or support might you need to best facilitate that outcome?
