Session homework

When we bring on someone new, we establish standard processes to get the team through the work cycles. These processes and the tone we set can significantly impact the culture we build as a team.

For your homework this week:

• We suggest you turn the results of your group discussion into a concrete plan of action.
• Ask 3 of your teammates what they remember about their onboarding process and what had the most significant impact on them integrating into the team. Share what you find with your small group!

Bonus: work with those teammates to find a way to bring those pivotal moments more prominent and make them happen earlier.
