Session homework

During the session, we learned that building team culture is all about good values that are communicated and reinforced to become part of your culture.

During the action exercise, we asked you to think about: 

• How you’ll communicate your newly shaped value to your team
• How you will make it real
• How you will make sure everyone has received your message

For your homework this week:

We suggest you make time to talk about your discussion topics from the action exercise in more depth and apply the above points to make your outcomes into actions.

Take the list of values your group has generated during your group discussion. From this list, choose two values that you wish to focus on. 

You should pick one value that is super important to you and one negative culture trait you’d most want to prevent from taking hold of your team. These will be your discussion topics next time your group meets.
