• Identify one specific opportunity to practice this skill.
• Reflect: how will you hold yourself accountable to following through this week?

Game plan

Find five opportunities to sponsor others over the course of the next 12 weeks of LeadDev Together. (For example: suggesting someone lead a project, giving feedback to someone’s manager)

• Triple check that the people whom you sponsor for these opportunities are different than the folks you normally sponsor!
• Reflect: what’s one thing you need, in order to successfully be a sponsor in these next 12 weeks?

• What challenges do you see to enacting that change?
